The United States, in its own behalf and for the use and benefit of the Choctaw and Chickasaw Tribes of Indians, instituted this suit against Magnolia Petroleum Company, Amerada Petroleum Corporation, Samedan Oil Corporation, Simpson-Fell Oil Company, and Simon Westheimer to quiet title to a strip of land formerly part of a proposed railroad right-of-way traversing lands of the tribes, and for an accounting for oil and gas extracted therefrom...
