Having allowed claims 13, 19, and 22 in appellant's application, in which were both method and apparatus claims, for a patent relating to air conditioning, the Primary Examiner of the United States Patent Office refused to allow claims 11, 17, 20, 21, 23, and 25 to 28, inclusive, for reasons which will be referred to hereinafter.
