Guttmann filed a petition in this court wherein they prayed the reorganization of the Pittsburgh Terminal Coal Corporation under Chapter X of the Chandler Act, 11 U.S.C.A. § 501 et seq. A Receiver for that Corporation had theretofore been appointed. The Corporation has answered said petition...
