The Equitable Life Assurance Society of the United States, as plaintiff, brought this suit in equity against Bernice L. Wert, as defendant, to determine the rights of the parties with respect to thirteen policies of insurance and to enjoin her from prosecuting six cases in a state court of Nebraska involving eight of these policies.
