Robertson, special administrator of the estate of Ellen McDonald, deceased, is the owner of a deposit of $29,535.62 in the First National Bank of Detroit, Michigan, in liquidation, of which appellee B. C. Schram is receiver. The lower court found for appellee Robertson.
