This is an appeal from a decree of the Federal District Court of Massachusetts.

The suit in which the decree appealed from was rendered was brought by the United States against the City of Springfield in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and Ralph L. Munn, as its collector of taxes, to restrain the defendants from selling certain property of the United States for non-payment of taxes for the year 1937, amounting to $18,001.14. The complaint...
