Glens Falls Insurance Company, defendant in the District Court, appeals from a judgment in the sum of $4,835.61 and interest recovered by Nancy I. Sherritt, the insured under a policy of fire insurance covering a dwelling house in the city of Norfolk. The loss is admitted, but it is contended that the plaintiff was not the proper party to maintain the action because she had given a mortgage on the property to the Home Owners Loan Corporation...
