Baum, bankrupt, brought this suit against appellant, as administratrix of the estate of Walter Granger Kleinschmidt, deceased, to require appellant to account for and pay over to appellee moneys alleged to have been received by Kleinschmidt from the sale of Baum's interest in certain property known as the Camp Rock mine.
