Realty Company and Charles Owens to foreclose a deed of trust executed by the realty company to Wilbur E. Hoag, as trustee for the insurance company, covering lot 3, block 17, of Ashburn's addition to the city of Kansas, now Kansas City, and the leasehold interest of the realty company in lot 2, block 17, of said Ashburn's addition.
