This appeal is from a judgment awarding damages for injuries to cattle in Oklahoma from splenetic fever caused by the alleged negligence of federal agents in dipping, inspecting, and certifying for interstate transportation tick infested cattle shipped from Texas to Oklahoma for pasturage prior to marketing.
