EVANS, Circuit Judge.

Joseph Rezabek, a creditor, assails the discharge in bankruptcy of Rudolph and Marie Smatlak, individually and as copartners, who are husband and wife. Rudolph went through bankruptcy some nine years ago, but he did not then seek a discharge of his debts.

The issues were referred to a special master who filed an exhaustive report wherein he recommended the discharge. The court confirmed the report and the discharge was granted.
