This is a personal injury suit brought in a state court of Missouri against the Trustees of the St. Louis-San Francisco Railway Company and Continental Oil Company. Plaintiffs are citizens of Oklahoma. The Trustees and the railway company are citizens of Missouri. The oil company is a citizen of Delaware. The oil company removed the case by a verified petition alleging facts claimed to establish separate controversy and fraudulent joinder. A...
