This appeal is from a judgment directing the issuance of a peremptory writ of mandamus commanding the City of Zephyrhills, Fla., acting through its proper officers, to levy a tax sufficient to provide for the payment of a certain judgment obtained against the city upon its bonds and interest coupons.
