On January 13, 1933, appellant George S. Kelley filed with the Commissioner of Patents an application for a patent upon claims involving new and useful improvements in methods of dust removal. The twenty-one claims of the application were rejected by the Examiner on the ground that they showed no invention over the prior art. The Board of Appeals affirmed the Examiner's rejection.
