This appeal is from an order discharging a writ of habeas corpus and remanding appellant to the custody of appellee.

Appellant was convicted in the Eastern District of Kentucky on three counts of a sixteen-count indictment charging violations of the National Motor Vehicle Theft Act, 18 U.S.C.A. § 408, and was sentenced to serve concurrently five years imprisonment on each count.
