December 19, 1906, the Connecticut Railway & Lighting Company leased to the predecessor of the New York, New Haven & Hartford Railroad Company all its trolley properties in Connecticut for 999 years. February 28, 1910, the New Haven sublet these properties to the debtor, reserving to the parties thereto the right of rescission without this claimant's consent. October 23, 1935, the New Haven petitioned the court below for reorganization...
