Plaintiff, having sued to recover war risk insurance, appeals from a judgment in favor of defendant entered upon a directed verdict. The only question presented is whether the evidence was such as to justify the court's ruling, as a matter of law, that there was lack of substantial evidence that plaintiff was totally and permanently disabled while his insurance remained in effect.
