HAYES, District Judge.

These two actions were brought January 7, 1937, under the Tucker Act, U.S.C.A. title 28, § 41 (20), to recover the "just compensation" for real estate taken by the United States for a military camp under its power of eminent domain. Mrs. Stubbs owned a life estate in it during the life of her husband, and the remainder went to his living children at the time of his death. He died June 26, 1933...
