This is an appeal from a final decree of the District Court dismissing a bill to impress a trust on real estate. The court below made findings of fact as follows:

"Sometime during July, 1934, he [the plaintiff] contracted to buy from one Willson two improved parcels of real estate known as 1829 and 1831 K St., N. W., in the District of Columbia, for the price of $21,500. No. 1829 was subject to a trust...
