In a class suit brought on behalf of the holders of bonds of a drain district to determine validity and force payment of bonds in default, the appeal is from a decree granting the relief sought. The plaintiffs are transferees of bonds under an agreement purporting to create an express trust. The defendants are the Royal Oak Drain District in Oakland County, Mich., the county itself, and its treasurer, clerk, drain commissioner, board of auditors...
