Emmanuel Tanchuck, Marshall Mark Dawson, and Harry Barnett Tanchuck were indicted jointly in seventeen counts charged with receiving, concealing, and aiding in the concealment of army blankets which had been embezzled from the United States, well knowing that they had been embezzled and with the intention on the part of the accused to convert them to their own use and benefit in violation of section 48 of the Criminal Code. 18 U.S. C.A. 101...
