This suit was brought to obtain an injunction against defendants, as members of and constituting the Tax Commission of the State of Washington, restraining them from making an assessment for tax against plaintiff, pursuant to the State Revenue Act of 1935 (Laws Wash.1935, p. 706). The ground is that such act is, as to plaintiff, unconstitutional and void.
