The principal error charged on this appeal by the Commercial Trust Company of New Jersey, trustee, plaintiff in the District Court, was the failure of the court to direct a verdict in its favor as the holder of four promissory notes dated October 28, 1930, for $5,000 each and payable by Robert B.
