Smithe Machine Company, Inc. of New York exclusive licensee thereunder, brought this suit in equity for patent infringement against the Oles Envelope Corporation, a manufacturer of envelopes in Baltimore, Md., on account of its use of a machine constructed by the International Paper Box Machine Company of Nashua, N. H., which is admittedly conducting the defense...
