This is an appeal in an interference proceeding arising in the United States Patent Office between a patent to the party Leaf, issued October 31, 1933 (for a period of fourteen years), upon an application filed July 31, 1933, and an application of the party Dieterich filed November 7, 1933, the subject-matter being a design for ice cream cones of a "double header" type. Leaf is the senior party, the patent to him having, in fact, been issued...
