This appeal presents an order of the District Court denying a petition for a writ of habeas corpus.

Petitioner was indicted in eleven counts charging perjury and subornation of perjury. He pleaded guilty to five counts, and was sentenced to serve terms in the penitentiary aggregating ten years.
