Appeal No. 7997 combines two appeals. One is from the order of the trial court in Reinhold Newberg v. Cordovado Gold Dredging Company appointing John F. Devine, of Nome, Alaska, receiver of the placer mining claims and the personal property used in mining said claims belonging to the defendant...
