Findings of Fact.

1. Plaintiffs herein are common carriers by railroad subject to the Interstate Commerce Act (49 U.S.C.A. § 1 et seq.), engaged in the transportation of freight and passengers generally between points in the Southwest and between points on their lines and points on the lines of other common carriers by railroad throughout the continental United States.
