This is an action to recover on two insurance policies under which the Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company, appellant herein, agreed to insure Charles A. Mayo, appellee, against total and permanent disability. Appellee alleged that he had been totally and permanently disabled at all times from and after the latter part of the year 1929; that premiums were payable quarterly and that on policy No. 602,259 the quarterly premium was paid...
