The main appeal is from a final order and decree dismissing the debtor's petition and plan for corporate reorganization under the provisions of section 77B of the Bankruptcy Act, as amended (11 U.S.C.A. § 207). The appeal was allowed by the District Judge, but the debtor later, conceiving the appeal to be governed by section 24b, as amended (11 U.S.C.A. § 47 (b), filed a petition with this court for leave.
