It appears from the pleadings that on May 5, 1927 the appellants, Rozsell J. Bowen and M. Bessie Bowen, his wife, executed and delivered their promissory note in the sum of $43,000 to James H. Baden and Frederick H. Cox, payable two years after date with interest. As security for the note, the Bowens executed and delivered to the Commercial National Bank of Washington, D. C. as trustee, a deed of trust upon a certain parcel of real estate situate...
