Mrs. Woelfle, the appellee, as plaintiff, brought this action at law upon two policies of accident insurance issued by the London Guarantee & Accident Company of London, England, to her husband, Dr. James E. Woelfle, of Cairo, Ill., who died September 9, 1932. The case was tried to a jury, which returned a verdict for the plaintiff. From the judgment entered thereon, the insurer has appealed.
