An appeal from a decree in a suit brought to set aside a contract on the ground of fraud and re-establish a trust.

It appears that in August, 1931, the defendant, H. Grady Gore, purchased from the plaintiff, Edward B. Dean, Sr., certain real estate known as the Drury Apartments, located in the District of Columbia, at the purchase price of $45,000, of which $1,000 was paid in cash and the balance in a deferred purchase note for $44,000...
