This is an appeal by John H. Hoeppel, a Representative in Congress from the Twelfth District of California, and his son, Charles J. Hoeppel, from a conviction in the Supreme Court of the District of Columbia of conspiracy to violate section 150 of title 18, United States Code, 18 U. S.C.A. § 150 (44 Stat. 918, § 2).
