This is an appeal from a decree of the District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Mark T. Bowers, the appellant, became a bankrupt in 1933. His trustee in bankruptcy took possession of three contracts between Bowers and the Equitable Life Assurance Society of the United States.
