This is an appeal by one S. O. White, who with a number of others was convicted of conspiracy to violate certain sections of the internal revenue laws of the United States. It is admitted that a conspiracy of the character charged in the indictment was established by the evidence, but it is contended that there was no sufficient evidence connecting White with the conspiracy.
