Appellant Mortgage Loan Company held a second mortgage upon property of the Buckingham Realty Company, which operated the Buckingham Hotel in St. Louis, Mo. Appellant Goodson was trustee in this mortgage. The first mortgage was owned by the Real Estate Mortgage Trust Company.
