Alvin L. Hintz, the insured, a resident of Wisconsin, took out a life insurance policy with the Central Life Assurance Society for the sum of five thousand dollars. The beneficiary named therein was his brother, William Howard Hintz. The insured was then unmarried. Later he changed the beneficiary from his brother to his wife, Ruth E. Hintz, the appellee.
