This is an appeal from a decision of the Board of Appeals of the United States Patent Office, affirming a decision of the Examiner, rejecting claims 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 33, and 34 of appellant's application for patent, the rejection being upon the ground that said claims lacked patentability in view of the cited prior art. Certain claims of the application were allowed by the Examiner, and the Board reversed...
