This is an appeal from an order of the District Court discharging the rule to show cause and dismissing the petition for a writ of habeas corpus in the above cause.

Bracey, the relator, was indicted in the District of Columbia on November 30, 1932, for felonious assaults with dangerous weapons upon Marie C. Bracey. He pleaded guilty on December 16, 1932, and was sentenced on each of the five counts of the indictment. The sentences aggregated in...
