Count 1 charges, in substance, that respondent on January 13, 1934, at Grand Rapids, Mich., unlawfully, willfully, knowingly, and feloniously, as cashier, and on behalf of the Union Bank, made a charge of $150 in connection with a loan by the Home Owners' Loan Corporation, which charge was not an ordinary charge authorized and required by the corporation...
