This action was brought in the court of common pleas of Dauphin county against Alvin F. Fix, David L. Lawrence, and Leo C. Mundy, collectors of internal revenue, and the case was thereafter removed to this court on petition of the defendants. Subsequently William J. Kyle, acting collector of internal revenue for the First district of Pennsylvania, and James L. O'Toole, Jr., collector of internal revenue for the Twenty-Third district of Pennsylvania...
