This is a suit filed by the United States of America to recover the sum of $19,962.52, together with interest thereon, from the defendants, Waller C. Hardy, Henry L. Terrie, James R. Harris, and C. Drummond Jones. The cause of action arises out of the alleged failure of the Harris-Hardy Company, a West Virginia corporation in which these defendants were stockholders, to pay certain income and profits taxes assessed against it for the year...
