The evidence to sustain the verdict is so clear that we do not find it necessary to discuss the general merits of the case. We confine ourselves to two of the points of law raised. The first is as to the sufficiency of the indictment. Two substantive counts alleged that the defendants concealed narcotic drugs "at the Southern District of New York and within the jurisdiction of this court," and the argument is that this was too general to suffice.
