Appellants have appealed to this court from a decision of the Board of Appeals of the United States Patent Office, sustaining the examiner in rejecting all of the claims of the application. Appellants' claims 1, 8, 9, and 11 are apparatus claims, and claims 5, 6, and 7 are method claims.
