This is an original suit, brought by the State of Vermont December 18, 1915, for the determination of the boundary line between that state and the State of New Hampshire. By the amended bill of complaint Vermont alleged that the boundary is "the thread of the channel" of the Connecticut River for its entire course, except for that part from the northerly limits of the town of Vernon, Vermont, south to the Massachusetts...
