LEWIS, Circuit Judge.

The appellee recovered judgment against appellant on account of personal injuries received by her in an automobile wreck, caused, she alleged, by one Briggs, appellant's agent, who negligently managed and drove the automobile. Two other persons in the car with Briggs and appellee died from the injuries which they received. Actions for damages on account of their deaths were reviewed by this court in De Soto Motor Corp. v. Stewart,
