The appeal in this case is taken from a decree of the District Court whereby the bill of complaint was dismissed on motion of the defendants because the facts set out in the bill do not entitle the plaintiff to the relief sought. The suit was brought in equity by certain stockholders of the Orangeburg National Bank of Orangeburg, S. C., on behalf of themselves and all other stockholders who might care to come in, against the receiver of the bank...
