This is a controversy between the trustee of a bankrupt estate and the State Commissioner of Banks, who is in charge of an insolvent bank and has succeeded to its assets. The bankrupt at the time of his adjudication in bankruptcy was indebted to the bank in the sum of $41,250 in excess of the value of the property held as security for the debt.
