Petitioner, a Missouri corporation, on or about September 30, 1924, acquired all the stock of the Fort Scott & Nevada Light, Heat, Water & Power Company, a Kansas corporation, the name of which was subsequently changed to the Eastern Kansas Pipe Line Company, and the petitioner continued to own and control all the stock of the Kansas corporation through the years 1925 and 1926.
